PERSONAL DATA

Free Trial User Data: If you have not created an account, you are an anonymous user. Any PDF you upload during the free trial is deleted within 72 hours. We use your IP address to calculate the number of credits remaining in your free trial.

PDF Data: By clicking the Convert button, you have given consent for us to process your PDF data. Users who intend to convert PDFs containing personal data must have permission to do so from the data owner.

Login Data: We collect your email address and name to send you transactional emails for account activation, invoicing, password reset, and service updates. If you have consented, we will send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Payment Data: When purchasing credits, data required to carry out the transaction will be shared with necessary regulated third parties (Stripe). Your payment data is handled securely by Stripe and never touches our servers directly.

If you have entered any of your data incorrectly when creating an account, or if you would like us to delete your account and remove your data, please contact us.

DATA PRIVACY

We only use your data to provide and improve the service we give to you. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

The service is securely hosted on cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security practices.

All transactions are end-to-end encrypted between your browser and our servers with HTTPS, the same technology used by banks. All data transfers are encrypted.

DATA RETENTION

We will delete all PDFs that you have uploaded within 72 hours of conversion. Converted Excel files are available for download during this period and then permanently deleted.

Your account information and credit balance are retained while your account is active.

SUBJECT ACCESS REQUEST

If you would like to make a Subject Access Request (SAR), please contact us through our website. We will fulfill this request within 1 month unless we believe the request to be manifestly unfounded or excessive. You have the right to complain to the supervisory authority.

ADVERTISING AND MARKETING

We do not disclose your data to advertisers under any circumstances.

We assume you have opted out of marketing communications. You can opt-in through your account settings or unsubscribe at any time.

PAYMENTS

Our servers never handle credit card information directly.

We use Stripe, a PCI-compliant regulated payment provider that processes billions of dollars securely each year.

Stripe may remember your payment details if you choose the "remember me" option during checkout, making future purchases faster.

FromPDFtoExcelTables uses small files (known as 'cookies') on your computer to collect information about how you browse the site.
